When opening an account, all MnPASS Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the following:
To qualify for the $15 in free toll credits promotion, a MnPASS account must be opened between 12:01am CDT August 22nd, 2010 and 11:59pm CST December 31st, 2010.
New account holders who have closed an account in the last 6 months are not eligible to receive the credit.
A total of Fifteen dollars ($15) will be credited toward the account, not per transponder. This will be in addition to the prepaid toll balance established by the customer at the time of account opening. Only one free toll credit amount will be applied per account, regardless of the number of transponders assigned to the account. Also, only one free toll credit may be applied per household. Credit will be deducted from the account prior to any paid cash amount. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any travel on the MnPASS Express Lanes will be charged first against any free toll credits applied to the account; and second, against the customer's pre-paid toll balance, in that order. Standard MnPASS account replenishment requirements will at all times apply.
Free tolls and $15 toll credits are good only for travel on the I-35W and I-394 MnPASS Express Lanes and only for transactions made with a valid MnPASS transponder. Free credits will be deducted from the account prior to any prepaid cash amounts. Any deposits and/or account fees incurred by the customer (e.g., transponder deposit, lost transponder, etc.) will be charged to the customer's account and debited against customer's prepaid toll balance.
Unless indicated otherwise, this promotion may not be combined with other MnPASS promotions. Where a conflict exists between promotions, MnPASS reserves the right to determine which promotion will apply.
MnPASS reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. MnPASS also reserves the right to change, add or delete to the official promotion details and restrictions at any time during any promotion, without prior notice.
The $15 toll credit will automatically be applied to your account at signup.
